I support my clients with a lot of motivation and enthusiasm to reach their ambitious goal of the desired weight.

This coaching is made up of three modules:

  • Behavior training
  • Dietary change
  • Exercise

With these modules you learn about what is necessary to reach and keep your desired weight.

Relaxation Coaching

There are Times in Live, which demand too much of us, they take a lot of our energy and sometimes leave us defenseless. To restore your energy, I offer the following relaxation techniques in single sessions or for small group sessions (max. party of 4):

  • Autogenic training
  • Progressive muscle relaxation PMR
  • Breathing techniques

Those relaxation techniques can help to restore an imbalance between your body and soul. They can also help to vitalize our self-regulating forces.
